  • We don’t entertain any cancellations via mail.
  • Depending upon the bookings made with us, most of the bookings are non-refundable as per the policies of the Hotel.
  • We don’t guarantee any refund after the cancellation of your bookings; it solely depends on the refund policies of the hotel property you opted for.
  • If you are not a "no-show." No show refers to a situation where a person doesn’t check in at the Hotel at the given time and so does. In most scenarios, a "no show" booking is ineligible for any waiver from the supplier regarding refund processing.

Refund:

Our refund policies for cancellations made on our website are designed to be customer-friendly. However, please note that refunds are subject to the specific Hotel's policies, and we cannot guarantee any refunds.

  • The cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are only subject to a refund.
  • We refund to the same account from where the booking is made; we cannot accept a different mode/ account to transfer the amount back in any case.
  • It takes around 10-15 days (about 2 weeks) to make a refund to the original form of payment.
  • The bank could take days to reflect the total amount in your account.
  • In rare situations, the amount may take 60-90 days (approximately 3 months) to appear in your bank balance.
  • We will refund the service charge if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
